In today’s marketplace it is essential to offer your clients a diverse assortment of products.  At NAIM we realize it can be a constant battle accumulating various products that are driving the marketplace today as well as obtaining a contract level that will help you succeed and be profitable.  That’s where NAIM can help.

There are two ways in which this can occur.

  1. To qualify for the NAIM MGA program, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Be an experienced, duly licensed independent life & health brokerage general agency representing three or more companies.
  • Have above average previous 12 months life and health overrides.
  • Have at least five years broker/GA experience.
  • Participate in NAIM Meetings
  • Maintain Annual Production levels with NAIM Products.
  • Adhere to the NAIM Code of Ethics.
  • Maintain all licenses and E & O insurance
  • Industry background and experience commensurate with existing NAIM members.

    Have you ever, after trial or by pleading guilty or no contest, been convicted of a felony or of a crime involving forgery, fraud or anti competitive practices?

    Whereas NAIM functions as an intermediary in finding and maximizing contracts for insurance products to be use by NAIM members,

    And

    Whereas NAIM brings multiple contracts to its membership, affording them the opportunity to decide the applicability, viability of each contract for the NAIM member's agency,

    And

    Whereas NAIM allows each NAIM member to use their own discretion in reviewing and accepting contractual language within the various contracts brought to the membership by NAIM,

    And

    Whereas NAIM does not supervise or regulate how each NAIM member uses the products available under the various contracts,

    Therefore it is agreed that if NAIM is called upon to pay any amount of money through the enforcement of any indemnification clause or any other clause in one of these contracts due to actions performed under a NAIM member's contract then said NAIM member will hold NAIM harmless to the full extend of any amount due and payable under said contract. The NAIM member further agrees to provide proof on an annual basis of no less than $1 million of E&O coverage.
